Initiate Your Request
Log into your Natu.Care account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the request.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
